Cave Run Lake in Morehead, KY is one of the top muskie fisheries in the south. Here your chance of catching a fish of a lifetime is just a cast away. SCO is teamed up with one of the best known muskie guides in the area. Mike Tackett, owner of TNT Muskie Guides who has one thing on his mind…a State Record.  With expert guides, having more than 30 years of experience,  we can put fish in the boat  when fishing is at its worst.

With the knowledge and experience of all the team members you better have your drag set tight and your head on a swivel. The ol’ muskie myth is that it’s a fish of 10,000 casts! These slimy critters are  caught based on hard work and focus. They’re not your average day bullgill in a farm pond!  They are a fish with an attack to destroy attitude.  Most outings you can expect 2-3 fish per day. When the fishing is hot you can expect 8-10 fish days.  You will be using 8 ft heavy action rods and baits that weigh up to 1 pound. We provide grade A fishing boats, tackle, and accessories.  If you’re lucky enough to watch a 50 inch fish inhale your bait beside the boat there will be no turning back.  You will be hooked for a lifetime, sharing your dreams and stories for many years to come.

It just so happens that the best time to musky fish in the spring is also prime time to bag an Eastern Kentucky Gobbler.  Imagine packing the best of both worlds into a 1 day or 3 day Muskie/Turkey adventure combo.  Turkey season opens in early April when muskie fishing is hitting its springtime peak.
